SPPVⅡ-Two-Stage Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Compressor Series
● Two-stage airend, more efficient, more energy saving, more than 38% electricity saving than the constant frequency compressor.
● The rotor adopts the latest UV patent line, which is finished by more than 20 processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability and effectiveness of the rotor line.
● The first stage rotor and the second stage rotor are effectively combined in a housing, which are respectively directly driven by bevel gears, so that each stage rotor can obtain high line speed and high compression transfer efficiency.
● The patented lubricating oil system separates the compression chamber and the bearing oil supply independently. The compression chamber adopts ordinary clean oil and the bearing adopts high clean oil to ensure the high reliability of the bearing.
● Two-stage compression reduces per-stage compression ratio, reduces internal leakage, and provides volumetric efficiency.
● Under the same power by the two heads to bear the load, bearing force reduce, longer life.
● Two-stage compressor instead of single-stage compression, the discharge volume increases by 15%, and the energy saving effect is as high as 38% compared with the constant frequency compressor.
