SPPV -Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Air Compressor Series
Permanent magnet motor,using less electricity to provide more compressed air and gas adjusting range. Compared with constant frequency compressor, it can save energy for 15-38%. Compared with ordinary frequency conversion compressor, it saves 5% ~ 10% electricity. The larger system gas need wave, the greater the energy save obviously.
Features of 5G cloud intelligent permanent magnet frequency conversion compressors:
● Long distance cloud switch machine, set data, collect and run big data, judge and remotely debug the air compressor to the best condition and remotely troubleshoot;
● Samarium cobalt permanent magnet, resistant to high temperature of 300℃ (will not appear some brand demagnetization imagination).
● Constant temperature, constant pressure air supply, operation noise is low to 40 decibels.
● Motor efficiency up to 96.5% (common permanent magnet 91%, some imported brand permanent magnet 94.5%)
● Specially-customized special frequency converter, compared with general frequency converter, useless components and functions are removed, efficiency is increased by 2%, switching frequency is increased by more than 3 times, accuracy is better, response is faster, wider frequency conversion range, wider frequency change range, stable operation at 20Hz without high temperature.
● The measured gas volume and energy consumption are better than other brands in the market, and the power saving is more than 30% compared with constant frequency compressor of the same model.
