First: check whether the control panel parameters are set normally. The panel parameters, which are generally set strictly before leaving the factory, must not be changed at will at a later stage, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the unit. If the panel parameters appear to be wrong, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer for guidance and restore the setting parameters.

Second: check the operating voltage of the unit. If the operating voltage of the unit is lower than the rated voltage and exceeds the floating range, it will lead to an increase in load and thus an increase in current, making the unit unable to operate normally.

Third: check the lubricating oil. Too little lubricating oil or too poor oil will cause poor lubrication of the main engine, increase the wear of the screw as well as the bearing, thus leading to overloading of the machine.

Fourth: Check the oil and gas separator. Oil and gas separator clogging will cause the internal pressure of the machine to increase, increasing the load, causing the machine to overload, pay attention to environmental cleanliness, maintenance on time, the use of regular supplies.

Fifth: compressor or motor body failure, the machine reaches a certain age or other factors, the bearings are worn, motor coil aging, will also cause the current to increase.
